Refund and Returns Policy

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

Our goods and services come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and claim a refund for the unused portion, or seek compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure remedied in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your technology investments. If you experience a change of mind regarding a standard hardware purchase:

  • The item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, pristine, and in its original premium packaging with all manufacturer security seals fully intact.
  • Due to the structural nature of cloud environments and digital components, certain items—including activated software license keys, custom cloud tenant provisions, and custom-configured computer builds—cannot be returned for a change of mind.
  • All return logistics costs for change-of-mind claims are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Hardware

If a product arrives physically compromised or develops a hardware fault covered by the manufacturer’s warranty during normal operational use, contact our support team immediately. We will interface directly with our wholesale distribution network to rapidly fast-track a repair, complete factory replacement, or full refund in strict accordance with your legal consumer rights.

4. International Logistics Returns

Global customers seeking to return an item under warranty must contact us prior to shipment to ensure appropriate international customs declarations are attached. Return shipping fees for international change-of-mind claims are non-refundable.
